Mark

President and Founder

Mark Kontos is the President and Founder of IQI Systems. With a 45+ year experience in Long Term Care health care services he has worked with multiple organizations to provide service to this industry.

Between 1998 and 2016 Mark was instrumental in creating the most efficient laboratory service for Long Term Care in Wisconsin with 800+ facilities receiving exceptional care in this area. During this period Mark attended thousands of Quality Assurance/Infection Control Meetings and has provided hundreds of Infection Control presentations to those facilities.

Always a strong advocate for Long Term Care, both internally with his laboratory experience and with governmental agencies, Mark has also served on the Board of Directors of multiple Long Term Care facilities and is a longtime member of APIC.

In 2011, Mark, with his experience in providing Infection Control reports to clients, designed IQI Systems LLC as an efficient, easy and cost-effective web-based method to record and provide all of the mandated information for Infection Control along with many other Quality Assurance areas.

CEO

Christine Kuchmek is the CEO of IQI Systems. Her 45+ year healthcare career started in the laboratory as a Medical Technologist and has spanned the areas of medical sales, customer service in a call center, field service representative for nursing homes and finally as a manager of a long-term care division which provided laboratory services to over 1,000 clients.

Always having had a passion for the elderly, Christine was eager to be part of a company that provided the best software for nursing homes and assisted living facilities to track all the quality assurance indicators that give the residents the best care. She has been involved since IQI Systems was founded and continues to strive for better ways to give long-term facilities the tools they need.
