President and Founder
Mark Kontos is the President and Founder of IQI Systems. With a 45+ year experience in Long Term Care health care services he has worked with multiple organizations to provide service to this industry.
Always a strong advocate for Long Term Care, both internally with his laboratory experience and with governmental agencies, Mark has also served on the Board of Directors of multiple Long Term Care facilities and is a longtime member of APIC.
In 2011, Mark, with his experience in providing Infection Control reports to clients, designed IQI Systems LLC as an efficient, easy and cost-effective web-based method to record and provide all of the mandated information for Infection Control along with many other Quality Assurance areas.

Christine Kuchmek is the CEO of IQI Systems. Her 45+ year healthcare career started in the laboratory as a Medical Technologist and has spanned the areas of medical sales, customer service in a call center, field service representative for nursing homes and finally as a manager of a long-term care division which provided laboratory services to over 1,000 clients.
